Welcome to the GRRM Foundation. I'm Christina Henry, and I'm proud to serve as the CEO of our nonprofit organization. As a lawyer, I've always been passionate about using my legal skills to contribute to a better society. At the GRRM Foundation, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on our community. My commitment to social justice and my unwavering dedication to our mission drive me every day. I envision a future where everyone has equal access to opportunities and support, and I'm working tirelessly to turn that vision into reality. Carl F. Martin, M.S.,Ed.S.

Executive Vice President

Meet our executive vice president, Carl F. Martin. As executive vice president Mr. Martin oversees GRMF's administrative and management affairs with responsibility for personnel, human resources and facilities.

Mr. Martin holds a masters in school leadership and administration as well as masters in psychology with a specialization in guidance and counseling.

Prior to this appointment at GRMF Mr. Martin served as a principal, a guidance director, and a program coordinator in a higher education setting.

As a leader, Mr. Martin emphasizes the importance of an inclusive workplace and implement strategies and resources to make all employees at GRMF feel welcomed and valued.

Fabienne M. Davis, M.S.

Chief Operating Officer

Fabienne holds a Masters in Counseling with a Specialization in Behavior Analysis. This training has enabled her to relate to the youth and serve her community as a counselor, a leader, and an educator for twelve years. She also brings extensive expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership and maintains a proven track record of driving growth and optimizing processes. Her dedication to excellence and collaborative spirit continue to empower our workforce and foster a thriving work environment.
